Investors In People
Ryedale Group was involved in the pilot Investors In People programme back in 1994, and was amongst the first companies in the UK to achieve recognition that same year.
As part of Ryedale Group we place great emphasis on our people and values. We use the Investors In People framework to continually assess ourselves against a proven and challenging external benchmark.
In November 2009 we achieved Investors In People Silver recognition.
In November 2010, after the continued committment and development of our people and processes we achieved Investors In People Gold recognition - world best practise.
